BioNew England born fantasy artist Giovanna Adams was born in 1971 and has always felt the burn of magic and mystery in her heart. As a child, magical creatures and fantastic otherworlds made their appearance in her artwork at an early age. In 1989, after two years of attending art school in Denver, Colorado she began her career in art as a graphic designer for a small advertising company and then as a Director of Promotions for a Real Estate company. In 1992 she moved back to the east coast with the man of her dreams and left the world of art and design behind her. She dabbled in business and healthcare careers for a number of years but always felt a pull towards the arts. In 2004, through the encouragement of a friend, her paints, paper and pencils were dusted off and found their way into her hands and her passion for fantasy and the world of the fae were brought to life once again. Giovanna began taking commissions and producing fine art prints of her work, and her art career has grown steadily since then.
